Abstract: style="text-align: justify;">This paper aims at understanding the marriage situation of HIV infected pregnantwomen in Xinjiang by analyzing HIV infected cases,which were reported by the project of prevention ofThe result shows that:The average age of 1 692 HIV infected women is 29.03,of which 53.31 % is 20~29It can be found that the remarriage rate of HIV infected women in Xinjiang is higher than the other provinces,so it is very important to develop reproductive health education for HIV infected women.

To understand pregnancy outcomes of HIV infected women in Xinjiang.We collected and analyzed 2256 HIV infected women reported by PMTCT management information reportingThe average age is 29.1 years, Uighur women accounts for 90.65%, the culture degree is junior high school14.01%; the ratio of terminal pregnancy in the second pregnancy is significantly higher than the first pregnantwomen, (χ2=141.14,p=0.000).shows the presence of unwanted pregnancy.
